Paul & Julie Ford are 25-plus year Novo missionaries newly based in Washington, DC after 30 years in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their vision is to equip and release the Church to be the life-giving, multiplying, powerful Body of Christ worldwide. Paul and Julie have one son, Stephen, who is married to Leslie and living in Alexandria, Virginia with Ava Grace and Connor Xavier. They both are actively involved with working for Constitutional freedoms on Capitol Hill.

Paul’s focus is equipping the next generation of Christian leaders and teams. This takes him yearly to east Asia, east Africa, eastern Europe, and central Asia, where he and Julie just finished 20 years alongside a Kazakh-led house church movement. Julie’s role, alongside Paul in relational, non-western cultures, has been an essential part of their shared ministry in over 50 overseas trips together in the past 28 years.

Julie’s U.S.-based ministry has focused on tutoring at-risk Hispanic and African American middle schoolers, and more recently with refugee families from Nepal. A recent battle with ovarian cancer, now healed, has given her the opportunity to speak to medical school students through forums of cancer survivors. She is presently finding her niche in the African American community in southeastern Washington, DC.

Paul also pioneered the Grip Birkman (GB) assessment process, now utilized by 200-plus GB coaches and 30 trainers in over 40 countries. In this season, he is focused on 5 Principles for 8 Young Leaders, addressing key issues that distress many millennials and young gen X’ers. It is a joy to learn with and from those whom the Father is raising up to lead us going forward in the Kingdom.
